The OTF Team Relay is the mash-up of OTF + Ragnar + Strava + Facebook. 

It was born out of the pandemic. 

When the 2020 Atlanta Ragnar was canceled, I grappled with the problem of how to still have a team relay experience.  After all, I had my team formed with all my runner friends at Orangetheory East Cobb.  Let's go Beastcobb!  

The solution:  a virtual team relay using run tracking and a Facebook group.  Why not invite other OTF studios to a friendly challenge to see who can field the fastest team or simply show up and have some fun!?! 

OTF has given me so much.  It’s the cornerstone of my health and fitness.  It’s the perfect mix of workout variety and the coaches, music, and my OTF friends make working out fun.  

The OTF Team Relay is my way to contribute back to the amazing Orangetheory community.
